Absolutely seamless service . We purchased a car for our daughter 3 years ago and it served her brilliantly . We needed a second car for us and we immediately came to see Simon as he was fantastic helping us previously . He helped us get exactly what we needed We are so happy with our Focus . It drives beautifully and is very clean and tidy , just like our daughters little pink Ka was.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Simon . Great honest old fashioned brilliant customer service . I purchased a car from Simon at Autohaus and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. From offering to pick us up from the train station to putting diesel in the car to make sure we got home. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. As someone who knows little about secondhand vehicles I always dread having to buy one. However, having dealt with Simon I would have no issues buying from him again and recommend him to others. He is a genuinely honest person in a not particularly honest trade that takes pride in offering a reliable vehicle and great service.
